Now Hiring - Store Lead/Sales Associate in Bel Air, MD

Welcome to Lean Kitchen - Bel Air, MD!

We are a rapidly expanding meal prep/supplement company looking for a charismatic and customer service-oriented Store Lead/Sales Associate to oversee daily operations and drive sales at our location in Bel Air, Maryland. This position is hourly plus commission. A fitness/nutrition background is preferred, as this position requires the sale of supplements (protein powders, pre-workout, multivitamins, etc.).

Job duties include the following:

- Greet and interact with customers, educating them on products

- Oversee daily operations

- Supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store

- Motivate and mentor staff, including hiring and training new team members

- Perform administrative tasks related to store operations

- Monitor inventory and restock as needed

- Develop business strategies to increase customer count and customer satisfaction

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Arrange promotional material and in-store displays

Other requirements include the following:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills - this position is not for you if you aren't a people person!

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role

- Strong leadership, team building, and customer relationship abilities

- Fitness/nutrition background strongly preferred

*Lean Kitchen requires out-of-state franchise training prior to hire. No out-of-pocket expenses will be required.
